The Turnpike Comedy Festival
The Details
July 22nd, 23rd, 24th, & 25th 2021 at Central Park Bar – Restaurant – Sushi 2401 N. Wood Ave Roselle, NJ 07203.
The festival will present 4 nights of comedy, 10 shows, featuring top talent and rising stars.
100 spots are open for performers. All 100 performers will be recorded to be broadcast via a festival special on streaming platforms. 90 days after the release of the special the performers will receive a copy of their performance.
All performers selected must make themselves available for an in-studio interview – Tuesday, September 21st in Colonia, NJ.
All performers will get 1 complimentary guest ticket to the show (item minimum still applies). In addition all selected performers will receive a friends and family ticket code to reduce the ticket prices for their guests.
The show is open to stand up comics, Impravisors, and sketch comedy performers.
One performer will be named “Best of the fest” and will receive the opportunity to have a 30-minute broadcast special recorded at a future date at the same venue.
Additional prizes will be announced, check back often.
The contest is open to anyone who has not filmed a special for Netflix, HBO, Showtime, Comedy Central, or the BBC.

The 100 selected comics will be announced as accepted but not later than July 12th
A Turnpike Comedy Festival Account must be created to submit. Selections are at the sole discretion of the festival; all submissions are final and non-refundable. If you are selected and your status changes between selection and the contest, the festival producers reserve the right to remove you from the spot. All decisions of the producers are final. If selected all housing and transportation will be the sole responsibility of the artist.
**VERY IMPORTANT**
During Checkout Process make sure you add a link to your video in the “Order Notes” box under the “Additional Information” section. Video should be 8 to 15 minutes long on YouTube or Vimeo only.
